Collaboration on Cleantech

Fenix Scientific AB has established an interesting collaboration with Ulf Norr around a new project called Smart House Project (SHC).

The Smart House Project is coordinated by Ulf Norr and Fenix Scientific AB supports this project by coordinating the fundraising activities of the project both at the National and European level. The project has in collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology  in Sweden received funding from Vinnova to test a new building concept that will  reduce the costs for building climate friendly buildings at a competitive cost.

The project includes the testing phase which is currently being performed by Chalmers and will continue with the development of demonstration houses in Sweden and if possible at several additional European locations

The aim of the project is to produce new climate friendly building alternatives for the housing sector which is currently stands for around 40% of the carbon emissions. The system aims to reduce building time and at the same time to be a realistic alternative from a market perspective.

While the testing is underway, we are exploring alternative collaboration opportunities with different partners to make sure that the project outcomes quickly reach the market once the testing phase is completed.
